3. Silent Auction baskets: We will be releasing a list of silent auction baskets that you may donate to our auction. All baskets are due January 26th.

MN Fundraising Initiative (MNFI) secures contracts with over 23 venues in the greater Twin Cities area including Target Field, Target Center, Canterbury, and US Bank to operate food and beverage concessions stands at their events.

MNFI organizes teams of volunteers from all over the state of MN and WI who work together to run these stands. In turn, MNFI receives donations from these venues. The donations are then used to award grants to families in local communities to allow youth to attend private school, such as Sacred Heart Catholic School and participate in enrichment activities they may not otherwise be able to enjoy. Checks are mailed directly to Sacred Heart in your name.

Many of our school families use this organization to help pay for tuition.

Santa’s Workshop is coming December 7th and 8th! For those new to Sacred Heart, Santa’s Workshop is an opportunity for students to shop for their families for Christmas. A large variety of gifts will be available for purchase for $1-$8/gift. Most students shop for their parents, siblings, and grandparents, but parents can help set the shopping list and budget with their student when the Santa’s Workshop green envelope comes home after Thanksgiving break. PTC volunteers will be present to help shoppers manage their budget and gift selection, but your input on the envelope is extremely helpful. We want this to be a fun activity for all students, so if you are in need of financial assistance for your student(s) to shop, please let us know because we do have a St. Nicholas fund to help out. If you’d like to contribute to the St. Nicholas fund, please check the box on the green envelope donating any remaining funds to PTC. The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis requires the Essential 3 for volunteers who work with students in Catholic schools or parishes. All employees must also complete the Essential 3. ****Cell phones do not work well for Essential 3 and you will receive an error message. Please use a computer.

1. Log in to create your account and watch the Virtus awareness session online. Every 3 years, a new video will be assigned to your account.
2. Successfully complete a background check.
3. Sign a Code of Conduct.

****The Archdiocese requires all volunteers to renew the Essential 3 requirements every 3 years. You will receive an email message when your account is up for renewal.

It's that time of the year to start thinking about playing fall sports. SH offers Cross Country (4th-8th grade), Soccer (5th-8th grade), and Volleyball (5-8th grade) in the fall. If you are interested in playing a fall sport, please click on the link below and fill out the athletic form! Practices will start mid-August with games/meets the week after school starts!
