The Viking Culture this year is to "Win the Day". We challenge all students and staff to pick 1 goal each day to accomplish. When you have succeeded with that 1 goal, you have "Won the Day!"

Here are a few ways to "Win the Day"

• "Flip the Script" on struggles/challenges and make them successes!
• Follow "Kaizen" - strive for continuous improvement each day!
• "Be Kind" - smile, say hello, look out for your fellow vikings! Remember - everyone is going through a battle we may not know.. Be Kind Always!

CV hosted 6th grade students from four of our Feeder Elementary Schools on Friday! Fletcher, Nohl Canyon, Olive, and Serrano toured CV. Great job by CV's Leadership and Cheer students with creating an exciting environment for our future Vikings!

Villa Park High School Community Open House and Showcase Event is coming up on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. (School Choice Fair – In Conjunction with High School Showcases from 6:00-7:30 p.m.; School Choice Fairs with Feeder School Presentations would go from 5:00-6:00 p.m. with the community being able to remain on campus and view the high school buildings and signature programs).

CV's Theater Students will perform at 5:30 in the VP PAC!

Once registered, get started on Finn’s Mission by personalizing your page, sending emails or texts, and posting on social media! You will also learn Hands-Only CPR!

Students who register before the assembly will get a special shoutout during the live presentation and a Heart Wristband!! Thank you for your support!

Donations raised help fund research to improve treatments and survival rates for tiny heart heroes, like Aticus.

CHANCE TO WIN 2025 SUPER BOWL LIX TICKETS!!

CPR saves lives so this year we want all our school families to learn Hands-Only CPR. To help encourage everyone to do it, students who complete Finn’s Mission and learn this lifesaving skill will earn an entry for two tickets to Super Bowl LIX in 2025! The OUSD Open Enrollment process will begin on January 15th and close on January 29th.

The Cerro Villa Parent Faculty Student Organization (PFSO) is a non-profit organization that assists the faculty and staff in enhancing the education experiences of our children.

​The PFSO assists with many programs around the school, including dances, Student of the Month, Honor Society, and the 8th Grade Promotion Party. Without your support, these events would not be possible. Most importantly, the PFSO also supports the faculty and staff at Cerro Villa in acquiring items they need for their classrooms in order to enhance our children’s educational experiences.
