May Family Newsletter
Principal's Corner
Dear Hallsville Intermediate Families,
We've made to May! This month tends to bring many events as we wrap up our year. We will print the student calendar this month for your convenience, as well as include it here like normal for you to refer back to as needed. Many organizations take their groups on field trips and the campus will take each grade level on a field trip this month as well. We are excited to celebrate the hard work our students have put in this year!
This month we will cover Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw, Habit 8: Find Your Voice and complete a personal reflection of the year in Leader in Me. Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw - we will identify two different types of stress and talk about how they can have a positive or negative impact on us. We will discuss strategies to get a handle on stress. For Habit 8: Find Your Voice, we will discuss needs in our community and how we can all take action to make a difference.
We truly have seen our students grow so much this year and I am so very proud of them!
Thank you for your continued support and partnership,
Jennifer Hoskins, Principal
🎉KONA ICE - MAY 7th🎉
