Summer Reading 2023

The request form for posters and bookmarks is now open through December 19. Summer Reading Program contacts are asked to fill out one form on behalf of their library. You may fill out the form below or open the form in your browser at https://forms.gle/J1KWPLLSZknRjAdf6.

If you have not already done so, please use instructions below for downloading the 2023 iREAD Resource Guide for the Summer Reading Program “Find Your Voice!” The download includes both the guide and accompanying artwork.

The Resource Guide code and instructions are only being distributed to the Summer Reading Contact at each library (aka you), so once you have downloaded the guide please share it with all staff responsible for planning SRP activities via a local network, Google Drive, USB drive, etc.

Library systems with multiple outlets have two options for how you want staff at your other locations to access the guide:

• OLIS has purchased online access to the guide for each of the buildings in your system. You may share the access info below with the appropriate staff member at each building and instruct them to create/ log in with a unique account for their building.
• You can create/log into your account, download the guide, and then upload the guide to a local network, Google Drive, USB drive, etc. for all staff to access.

Please note that you must redeem the code for downloading the guide by June 1, 2023. The code expires after June 1 and you will not be able to download the guide after this date.

iREAD 2023 Resource Guide Instructions for Rhode Island libraries (please note that these instructions and code are to be used by RI libraries only):

• Click the link below to create/or login into your iREAD account. If you have not ordered from iREAD before you will be prompted to create an account. Note: on the iREAD website, ILA refers to the Illinois Library Association: https://www.ireadprogram.org/redeem Note: this is a designated URL to redeem your code and you must use this link to redeem your code. Your code cannot be redeemed through the regular iREAD website

• Copy and paste the following promo code into the box provided and select redeem: 2023iREADRGFORRI

• Once the code is redeemed you will be able to download the Resource Guide directly from the confirmation screen or from the confirmation sent to your email.These are large files and they may take some time to download. If you have issues with your download speeds, make sure that nothing else is running while you're downloading. If you have trouble downloading, return to the confirmation sent to your email and try downloading from the link in the email. Do not attempt to re-download using the code redemption process.

Note: There are two parts to the Resource Guide that need to be downloaded:

· Part 1 contains the content of the Resource Guide.

· Part 2 contains the graphics.
