-Trivia Night is an optional community event.

-The Walk-A-Thon remains our ONLY all school fundraiser.

• A dynamic school must have a diverse array of successful programs, from STEM initiatives and academic programs to arts and sports. Together, ALL of these programs foster a vibrant learning environment where students are engaged and supported, thereby ensuring a thriving educational community.

• Trivia night was created in 2018 to support athletics. Before Trivia Night, athletics was supported by a 5K, and before that a Golf Outing. There has been a fundraiser to support athletics since OLVCS started participating in PIAA sports.

• Since 2024, Trivia Night has not only supported athletics, but all extracurricular activities to promote a well-rounded student experience for both elementary and middle school students.

• Please see below for information regarding the number of students that utilize these important programs.

• Event Details:
  
• Event is for adults - 21 years and up
• Ticket Includes: Entry, food, refreshments, 2 complimentary basket raffle tickets, and trivia
• Table Seating: Option to purchase a table for 8 or assigned seating for those with individual tickets
• BYOB and BYOF allowed
• Trivia Competition:
• Each table competes as a team to collaborate and answer questions.
• There will be 7 rounds of trivia on a variety of topics.
• Winning table shares $400.

• With your wine you may also win a gift card or a $500 OLVCS tuition credit!
  

• $10 donation
• Toss your ring.
• Receive a surprise gift card valued at $10 or more.

• $5 donation per ticket, $20 for 5, $50 for 20
• Place your tickets in your favorite basket.
• Raffle will be held in between trivia rounds.
• There will be a variety of baskets including a special OLVCS Preschool Basket containing front row seats for the Preschool End of Year Program!

• The best way to ensure you are sitting with friends is to bring a "team of 8” and purchase an entire table.
• You can also purchase individual tickets, and we'll seat you at a table with other fun people, ready to have a good time.

• OLVCS Athletics (2023-2024) - K through 8th grade facts
• 64% of Middle School students participated on one of our 5 PIAA sports team.
• 30% of Middle School students participated on more than 1 PIAA sports team.
• 158 Elementary School students utilized OLVCS Athletics camps and clinics in basketball and volleyball.
• OLVCS School Musical (2023-2024)
• 42 students participated.
• 45% of participants were Elementary School students.
• OLVCS School Musical (2024-2025)
• 48 students are participating.
• 46% of participants are Elementary School students.

• The OLVCS Athletics Boys and Girls locker rooms contain 26 lockers each.
• Our goal is to honor the past, present, and future by allowing the Crusader faithful to name these individual lockers.
• It is a wonderful way for you to leave your legacy or mark at OLVCS.
• You can name a locker(s) for yourself, business, your family, or in memory of someone dear to you.
  
• A $500 gift will establish your legacy and display visual support for our OLVCS student-athletes.
• Upon receipt of your gift a name plate with upto 3 lines of text will be installed on an individual locker in the locker room of your choice.
• Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all lockers are reserved.
  
• Information on locker naming and gifting will be available on Trivia Night.
