GRANTS:
Summer Adventures in Learning Grant
We are pleased to inform you that the 2025 SAIL (Summer Adventures in Learning) funding cycle is now open until 11:59 pm on October 6, 2024.
SAIL programs incorporate best practices from summer camp and school to maximize student engagement and learning opportunities. SAIL does not require its programs to follow a specific curriculum. This flexibility allows each site to design a summer learning program that meets students where they are academically; is tailored to each child’s interests; and addresses the needs of the whole child. On average, SAIL students receive 38 hours in reading and 38 hours in math instruction during the summer.
All organizations interested in funding from SAIL are invited to apply during the funding cycle window. The application can be accessed here:
https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=cfna
You will first Create New Account.
Once you have created your account you can go to the top left and hit the Apply button.
You will be prompted to enter an access code.
Enter 1999 and the SAIL application should come up.
All proposals are due by 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 6th.
Your application will be viewed and assessed by over 15 funders.
Grant recipients are required to adopt the SAIL Quality Assurance Framework which seeks to increase program quality over time. This involves:
· attendance at FOUR peer-learning meetings throughout the year.
· utilizing a research-based assessment system, currently Renaissance STAR that will be provided by SAIL at no charge to each grantee. A pre- and post- test is required. Technical assistance and equipment is available.
· submission of narrative report and KPI measures.
