Week of November 11th - November 15th
📣Jaguar Families
On Monday, we are having a charger and laptop check in GROWL. Please make sure your Jaguar brings in their laptop and charger each day, but especially on Monday. We appreciate your support with this.
Also, student attendance is something that we are monitoring very closely and we need everyone’s help with. We want all Jaguars to be in school on time and all day, as long as they are not sick and/or running a fever. Students cannot miss more than 17 days a school year or they are considered chronically absent and are missing out on key learning opportunities and social-emotional development. Our attendance team meets weekly and spends time reaching out via letters, calls, and home visits to support good attendance habits. Please monitor the amount of days your Jaguar has missed closely.
Students who are enrolled in Algebra 1, Geometry, French 1, and Spanish 1 are in high school credit courses and cannot miss more than 10 classes. We will send out a separate communication to families regarding high school credit courses and attendance.
Thank you for your support!
Respectfully,
Ashby Johnson, Principal
