Important Safety Reminder
When picking up your student at the end of the school day, please keep the front entrance clear so that students can safely exit the building and board the buses. Parents and guardians that chose to wait near the building should stay by the bike rack while staff load the buses. We appreciate your cooperation.
Online Payment Portal for Student Fees (Including Field Trips) and Meals
PushCoin provides a single payment platform with user-friendly features:
• Free electronic funding options.
• Email notifications with detailed purchase information.
• Ability to check your student’s transaction history.
• Ability to transfer funds between students using the Move Money feature.
• PushCoin wallet balances may be used to pay for items in the webstore, meals, school activities and fees.
SIGN UP AND PAYMENTS:
Follow these steps to create and link your parent account to your student.
1. Go to www.pushcoin.com. Use the Chrome internet browser, as that is the most secure.
2. Sign up as a parent or guardian. Click on I don't have an account and fill in all fields. Enter the password you would like to use, then click Sign up.
3. Add your student to your PushCoin account by linking your student(s) to your account. You can either click on Add child to your account or Add student. You can enter their PushCoin Registration Code (provided from Student.Fees@d300.org), or click I don’t have a code.
4. If using I don’t have a code, select CUSD300 - Algonquin in the School drop down field, fill in all
fields, check the certification box, and click Submit. You can continue this process until all of your
students are added. You will receive a confirmation message and click I’m done. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. After receipt of confirmation email, you can pay your student’s fees. Click on the red Pay fees button under the student for which you wish to pay fees. If you have a positive balance (in green) in your student's wallet, you can use that balance to pay for school fees or make a purchase on the webstore, or you can fund the Wallet for meals.
6. Or you can go to the webstore and make purchases through the Wallet. You can enter a funding account. Click on the green funding $ Fund Wallet, enter the amount, starting at $35.00, and click Continue. Now you will select either the Add credit card or Add bank account tab. If you are using a bank account to pay, enter the required information and then click the Submit button. If you are using a credit card, or debit card, enter the required information, enter the CVV number on the back of the card, and then click the Submit button to complete. Credit/debit cards will incur a processing fee.

Picture Day
School pictures will take place on Tuesday, September 17th. Afterwards, you will be able to view your images, order packages and select your image for your yearbook. You will receive an email when your images are ready to view online. All orders will be delivered to your home. Picture retakes will be October 24th.
PTO Bingo Night
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming PTO Bingo Fundraiser, featuring a silent auction with fantastic items up for grabs. Please note that this event is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over.
We are excited to host an evening of fun and fundraising for our school. With a fundraising goal of $3000, your participation in this event is vital in helping to provide enough funds to rent the rock wall again this year for our PE classes.
Our first annual bingo fundraiser will be held on Friday, October 4th from 6:30-9:00 at the American Legion 1101 W. Algonquin Rd. Algonquin, IL 60156.
Please note that due to limited availability, we encourage you to secure your tickets early to ensure your spot at this highly anticipated 21 and older event. Due to venue size, only 110 entry tickets will be available for purchase. Tickets will be sold for $25 a person, and will include a pack of bingo cards and dabber. Click here to get tickets. Additional bingo cards will be available for $5 each. Beverages will be available for purchase. In addition, we will be hosting a silent auction. Winner must be PRESENT at the time of the raffle. We will accept cash, check, or Zelle as form of payments for the auction.

Birthday Book Club
Help celebrate your student's birthday by making a donation to the Eastview library. When a donation is made, students will get to select a book that will be added to our library. The book will have a special book plate put in signifying that this book was donated by your student. They will also have their picture taken with the book and will be the first allowed to check this book out.
