Happy January!! This month is going so quick.

• 🍎 Students need to be at school no later than 8:35 am.
• 🍎 Pick up time on full day is 2:45 pm.
• 🍎 Make sure your child wears a jacket to school. It is cold out there.
• 🍎 Communication: Have a question or concern? Email your child's teacher or call the office to have them call you back. We need an open line of communication. We are a team for your child.
• 🍎 ATTENDANCE Matters!! Please make sure your child is in school and on time. We understand they may get sick so make sure they are here when they are not.
• 🍎 Lost and Found: The lost and found is overflowing. We will be emptying at the end of month. If your child lost something remind them to check. If you would like to see, call main office to set up time to come in.

January is flying by and we are having a great time! Our Kindness Cart is up and running! All proceeds will go directly towards spreading kindness throughout our school! We are still focusing on the Power of YET! During SEL whole group, students in all grade levels are discussing things that they can't do YET and ways that we can work towards our goal! .

• District Re-registering- Everyone must re-register by July 1st

   • List all children you have enrolled in the district.

2. Gather Required Documents:

   • Collect all necessary documents for re-registration. This may include proof of residency, identification, and any other required paperwork.

   • Ensure that you submit all the required documents together. Incomplete submissions may delay the re-registration process.

4. Review and Confirm:

We are working on improving our overall attendance at James Madison School. Please avoid taking vacations during the school year. If you want to travel, plan around the days/weeks we have off. Each day your child is not here, they are losing academic learning. Make-up work is not the same as in school learning. We are looking forward to working together to give every child a great education.
