Our campus will be working remotely December 16th - December 20th. All meetings will be virtual.

If you are traveling outside of the United States please make sure page 2 of your I-20 or page 1 of your DS-2019 is signed for travel.

In order to get your I-20/DS-2019 signed you must follow the following instructions:

1. Fill out the travel signature form

2. Drop off your I-20/DS-2019

3. Wait for an email for when to pick up your I-20/DS-2019

Your travel signature is valid for 1 year (EX- January 9, 2023- January 8, 2024). If you have further questions please email Sarah Habtemariam shabtemariam@uca.edu or Patti Carson pcarson@uca.edu.

For international students studying at UCA on a student visa and/or children of U.S. immigrants (of any foreign origin) in a STEM related degree program, with preference given to females and undergraduate qualified students. Students must have a positive recommendation from the chair or faculty of their respective departments. Students should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 , with preference given to sophomores and juniors. Award Varies/Deadline 01/27/2025
