Dear Holy Redeemer Catholic School Community,

As we prepare to celebrate the joy of Christmas, we are reminded that Advent is a season of hope, love, joy, and peace—a time to reflect on the blessings in our lives and the anticipation of Jesus’ coming. It is also an opportunity to extend our thoughts and prayers to those in our school community and families who may be facing challenges during this time.

In the spirit of this Holy season, let us take a moment to express gratitude for the many gifts we have received and to support one another with kindness and compassion. Together, as a community rooted in faith, we can share the light of hope and love with those around us.

On behalf of the Holy Redeemer Catholic School family, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful Christmas filled with cherished moments and a New Year blessed with health, happiness, and renewed hope.

Heartfelt Thanks to Our Parent Council and Supporters

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our Parent Council for your incredible efforts in baking cookies, preparing hot chocolate and beverages, and organizing and setting up the school Christmas social in the church.

Your time, dedication, and care have not gone unnoticed. The meaningful impact you’ve made on our school community is deeply appreciated, and we are truly grateful for all that you do to bring us together.

A special thank you for all the hard work poured into Christmas in the Country, the Bring & Buy Sale, and organizing our school fundraisers. Your contributions are what make our school a warm and caring community

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Ted Paszek and Jean Boisvert, EICS Trustees for your continued support and for attending our Advent Mass and Christmas Concert .

Thank You for Supporting the Basket of Blessings

Thank you to all our Holy Redeemer families for your generous donations to the raffle baskets. Your support made the Christmas Social a great success!

Together, we raised $2,300, which will be donated to the Basket of Blessings (Lurana Shelter).

We are truly grateful for your kindness and generosity, which helps make a meaningful difference in our community.

We are thrilled to share that H&W Sherwood Park has generously donated 105 produce boxes to support EICS schools this year. Holy Redeemer was fortunate to receive seven of these boxes, which have been shared with seven of our families to help them start the Christmas season with joy and abundance.

This act of kindness truly embodies the spirit of Christmas, and we are incredibly grateful to H&W Sherwood Park for their generosity.
