Quality of Feedback
"Quality of Feedback assesses the degree to which the teacher provides feedback that expands learning and understanding and encourages continued participation."
-CLASS Manual, page 69
Quality of feedback is included in the instructional support domain. The observers are looking to see lots of back and forth conversations between teachers and students. This should be included in all aspects of the day including morning meeting, transitions, whole group, and small group.
