THANKSGIVING LUNCHES
Thank you so much to our amazing Cafeteria Staff who prepared and served a delicious Thanksgiving Feast to all of our students and staff, with the help of some amazing volunteers!
We are also thankful that we were able to invite a special guest for our 5th grade students to enjoy lunch with them. We truly have an amazing community and feel blessed. We hope everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable Thanksgiving with family and friends.
HOLIDAY GIVING PROGRAM
In years past, the PTO has organized a wonderful Holiday Giving Program for the staff at TTE. Please see this fact sheet so you know the details of this tradition. The staff appreciates this more than can be expressed. The envelopes came home in Thursday folders this week.
We will attach the tally sheet here in case you need it electronically.
25-26 REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS
We are excited to let you know that registration is now open for all incoming Kindergarten (and other grade level) new students for the 25-26 school year.
Please follow this link for more information and to begin the process for your incoming Kindergarten students.
New students going into grades other that Kindergarten will follow this link to review and begin the registration process.
***Please note that children must be 5 years old by 10/1/25. For Pre-K students, please go to the Early Childhood Education site linked here.
If your student currently attends TTE, you DO NOT need to complete this if they are returning to us next year. If you have neighbors who you know might need this information, please share it with them.
READ-IN / PAJAMA DAY DECEMBER 6th
We are excited to announce a schoolwide Read-in on Friday, December 6th! The kids will celebrate reading by having a designated time during the day to enjoy books! To enhance the experience, and to support third grade's "Lean on Me project," the kids can bring in some fun extras for the Read-in.
Students who want to wear PJs on Friday can pay $2.00. Bonus items are optional, but for $1.00 each, the kids can bring in a blanket, pillow, stuffed animal, or all three! If your child has contributed $3 or more to "Lean on Me," they can wear PJs and bring any or all items: a stuffed animal, blanket, or small pillow.
All items must be small enough to fit inside their backpack. Thanks again for all of your support!
BASE PARENTS' NIGHT OUT - 12/13
Join us for a festive evening of fun, food, and holiday cheer on Friday, December 13th from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM! For just $40 per child, your little ones (ages 4-13) can enjoy crafts, gym games, delicious dinner, and more—all while you get some well-deserved quiet time. All funds raised help support our program, with past contributions going toward a new grill for school break meals.
This event is exclusively for TTE BASE families, and all staff are generously volunteering their time. Sign up today for a night full of holiday spirit and fun!
If you are interested in this event and are not a BASE family, you can register today by visiting our site linked here.
IMPORTANT: CMAS TESTING
We want to share important details about CMAS testing for students in Grades 3-5. Testing will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday, April 1st – Thursday, April 3rd
- Tuesday, April 8th – Thursday, April 10th
If you need specific testing times for your student, please reach out to Mr. Cordova directly.
During testing, it’s important to note that students cannot be checked into or out of the classroom, as this could disrupt the entire class. Please plan accordingly for any appointments or vacations during these dates. If your child will be absent during the testing period, notify their teacher as soon as possible.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a smooth and successful testing process for all students.
Take care,
Michael Cordova
