Can you believe it? One week left until winter break! Let's keep our attendance strong next week, and then we can relax and rejuvenate during the long vacation.

Registration for winter after school classes is open. Find all the information about classes and scholarships at www.irvingtonschool.com/afterschool/. Registration for classes and scholarships will remain open until Monday, December 16, at 3pm.

Thanks to everyone who has helped serve lunch in 2024! There are a few remaining spots before winter break; please consider volunteering if your schedule allows. Also, the January lunch helper calendar is now live! Please consider volunteering for a slot in early January so that our wonderful kitchen staff have plenty of support as we come back from the holidays.

If you've never served lunch before, you'll have to be a PPS-approved volunteer first. Please contact Betsy at bihuigens@gmail.com with any questions.

The first winter recycling event will be held Tuesday, December 17, at drop off and pick up. Empty your hard to recycle stash of items and continue to save during winter break because there will be a second collection January 8. The Green Team will recycle your styrofoam, light bulbs, electronics, empty Rx bottles, holiday string lights, and more. See the complete list here.

Tuesday, December 17: Winter recycling drive at drop-off and pick-up

Tuesday, December 17: Grantasia (free performance), 4:30pm at Grant High School

Wednesday, December 18: Early release day, 11:50am

Friday, December 20: Spirit day (sparkle and glam)

Friday, January 10: Tea with Mr. G. CANCELED
