*If you need to call during camp hours, our phone number is 267-205-8725. The telephone number is also posted on the School Yard doors.
*Starting this week, we will be selling water ice for $1.00. We will sell it every Monday and Wednesday. Camper may bring cash to purchase a water ice treat the day of OR you may Venmo for the weeks that your child will be present at camp for the rest of the summer. Please fill out the Google Form here to pay by Venmo. We will always have rainbow water ice and may rotate in other flavors for the campers.
*This week, we are going to move the billing for before and after care to Procare as well as any outstanding tuition invoices. Payment may be made by cash, check, or Venmo (@sjsphila). We anticipate being able to take credit card and ACH payments through Procare by the week's end.
*Soft Pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory may be ordered as a summer snack by clicking here. Week 3 orders are closed, but you may order for Week 4-Week 8 at this time. Orders for Week 4 will close on Thursday at 12:00 PM so that we can give the count to the Pretzel Factory.
*Sign in and Sign out will continue to be outside. Staff members will be outside with the Ipads for you to enter your pin number. Tables closest to the Ramp will be campers ages 3-4. On the opposite side near the School Hall will be for ages 5-13.
*Camp will be closed on Thursday, July 4th. We will reopen on Friday, July 5th.

*On July 19th, we are headed to Lincoln Financial Field to tour the Eagles stadium Our tour begins at 9:00 AM, therefore we need to be on the road no later than 8:15 that day. This is the only trip we have that starts at 9:00 AM. You will need to arrive at camp no later than 7:45 AM so we can eat and board the buses.
^On Wednesday, July 3rd we will have our 4th of July BBQ. We will be serving hot dogs free of charge to the kids to celebrate the holiday. We will still have camp lunch, and they can pack their own if they do not like hot dogs.

Monday: First tee and Karate
Tuesday: Pool/ Water Activities
Wednesday: 4th of July BBQ
Thursday: Camp Closed
Friday: Skyzone trip (waiver needed)
*Before care starts at 7:30 AM and after care will start after 4:00 PM. Both of these will be in room 100 in the Blessed Mother Building. If you need this service please let us know. Payment can be made at the start or end of the week by Venmo (@sjsphila), checks made payable to St. Jerome Summer Camp, or cash (Venmo or checks are preferred; if paying by cash, please put in an envelope with the name(s) of your camper(s).
*Swim days will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Waivers for campers ages 6-13 went out for Winchester. They need to be signed and returned ASAP. Campers who use Winchester leave campus around 10:30 and return around 3:30 PM. Campers who are 3-5 will stay back and enjoy the pools and water slides at camp.
*Please make sure all belongings are labeled with your camper's name.

*Meet our staff! Below are the teachers who will be working with your children throughout the day. Due to their availability they may not be always on each day. All of our lead staff have their clearances and are all teachers or studying to be one:

5 year olds: Ms. Meghan

10-13 year olds: Mr. Joe
*If you have not received your Procare invite, please be sure to check your SPAM folder; the email came directly from Procare. It can also be resent, by request, if you are unable to find it. Also, once you log into Procare, you can add additional authorized pick-ups for your child.

*Information about admissions for St. Jerome School appears in the graphic below. We especially welcome applications for our flexible Pre-K3 program, 1st Grade, and 6th Grade (transfer grants available for 6th graders transferring from public or charter schools). We have limited openings in other grades.
