The 2025 PTCC Auction and HOOTenanny Registration is Open!

1. Online/Mobile Silent Auction: Registration is free! 24-hour bidding begins Friday, March 21 at 8pm and ends on Saturday, March 22 at 8pm. The catalog will be published several days before bidding goes live. Reserve your bid number today!
2. HOOTenanny Celebration with 90's Cover Band "DIAL UP": Buy tickets here! Join us on Saturday, March 22, from 6-10pm at Napoleon’s. This ticketed, adults-only event will sell out – so don’t wait! The band DIAL UP will begin at 7pm. Enjoy an evening of fellowship, live music, the Carpool Flag Auction, a 365 Photo Booth, a 50/50 Raffle, and more!

   • 90s-themed attire is welcome

   • Friends and family are welcome to purchase tickets also

   • Support Napoleon's! Arrive early to grab a great seat and order dinner and drinks

   • Note: Classroom art projects will be auctioned in the Silent Auction only this year

Purchase raffle tickets in the Auction Store or during registration checkout. Winners will be announced at the HOOTenanny and notified via email; attendance is not required to win, and anyone can participate in the raffle.

• Savannah Banana Tickets (4 tickets, Savannah, June 19)

• Full-sized Pac-Man Arcade Console

We are also seeking volunteers to visit local businesses in areas such as Toco Hills, Oak Grove, Perimeter, Avondale Estates, North Decatur, and Northlake to request donations.

We need your help making the Auction a success. Are you coming to the HOOTenanny and could take a small job while there? Do you have a few hours to help organize Auction items for the catalog? Could you pick up and drop off Silent Auction items at the HOOTenanny? Could you help at sign-in or check-out? Please look at this sign-up and find what fits you. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK!

The money raised at the GLOBE Auction funds: the International Festival, Science Night, Black History Month, the Book Fair, Field Day, Chinese New Year Festivities, Spanish Heritage Festivities, Francophile Festivities, Teacher Appreciation Week, staff holiday and end-of-year gifts, Wonderful Wednesdays staff appreciation, mini-grants for classroom needs and staff continuing education, start of school classroom support, teacher’s lounge improvements, grounds upkeep support, room parent support, plus other needs as requested and able.
