April 8, 2025: Senior Class Photo - 1:00 PM - Tyler Tidwell Stadium @ DCHS (Please wear Deer Creek gear if possible)

May 7, 2025: Senior Awards - 7:00 PM - PAAC Auditorium (A list of those being recognized will be emailed out a week in advance)

May 16, 2025: DCHS Senior Day (see schedule below)

May 17, 2025: DCHS Graduation - 11:00 AM - Bennett Event Center (see information below)

• 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal (Bennett Event Center, 3101 Gordon Cooper Blvd., OKC). Click here if you would like to ride the bus to graduation rehearsal. The bus will leave from the PAAC at 7:45 AM. Bring your cap and gown; you do not need to wear it for rehearsal.

• 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM Elementary School Clap-outs (Deer Creek Elementary, Prairie Vale Elementary, Rose Union Elementary, Grove Valley Elementary, Spring Creek Elementary). Graduates will drive to their elementary school and meet in the lobby for a parade through the school. Those who didn't attend a DC elementary may select a school to join. Wear your cap and gown. Parents can attend this event and should check into the school's office for a visitors pass.

• 11:45 AM Mr. and Miss DCHS Recognition (PAAC Auditorium). Parents are allowed to attend; please check in at the PAAC.

• 12:00 PM Senior Celebration. Qdoba provided by PSG 2025 with an opportunity to hang out and play games on the DCHS football field. Parents, sign up here to volunteer at the Senior Celebration.

Please fill out this form to indicate how you would like your name to appear on your diploma and in the graduation program. THIS IS DUE APRIL 9, 2025! Any diploma reprints will be charged to you.

The arena will open for seating at 10 AM. Graduates will meet inside the graduate entrance (pictured below) at 10:30 AM. No tickets are required for graduation. Noisemakers are prohibited. Because we are in a temporary venue, the seating is all on the floor level. Please do not bring large signs or photos as it could prevent other families from seeing their graduate. Graduates will exit to the outside of the arena after the ceremony. Please meet your graduate there for photos.

Caps and gowns are required for all graduates. Jostens delivered all orders during lunches on Wednesday, March 12. Caps and gowns not picked up may now be picked up in the library from 7:45-3:15 each school day. If you have not ordered a cap and gown, please do so at this link by April 1. If you are unable to purchase a cap and gown, please reach out to your counselor by March 26.

Caps may not be decorated. Only the cords, medals, and cowls handed out at senior awards may be worn at graduation unless prior approval has been given by the graduation committee. Do not wear or carry flowers or jewelry on the outside of the gown.

Appropriate dress for graduates: dressy casual includes slacks, a collared dress shirt, tie (optional), dresses, skirts, blouses, and dress shoes.

A professional photographer will take pictures of the presentation of diplomas. Graduates will receive those proofs via email within two weeks of graduation.

Graduation will be live-streamed on the Deer Creek Schools YouTube page.
