Second Street School PTSA

The end of September will be a blast at Second Street School! With the Fall Festival, Book Fair, Pride Point Store, and Spirit Week, there’s no shortage of fun. Plus, volunteer opportunities make it easy for families to get involved. What a fantastic way to build excitement and strengthen the school community!

It’s amazing how these events are designed to foster school spirit and community engagement! The PTSA paper sale is a great way to support the school — plus, who can resist the excitement of a Chick Fil A party as motivation? Which homeroom class will win the party??

You guys are amazing!! We have almost filled all of your volunteer needs for the Fall Festival. Here are the spots we still need to fill:

Dunk Tank - You DO NOT have to be in the dunk tank. Your responsibility will be to keep everyone in a line and far enough apart that no one is injured, pick up the balls (if the kids don't pick them up for you) and reset the target. That is all. Easy Peezy.

Middle School Hall Monitor - Don't be afraid, lol! Last year the 7th/8th grade hallway was a Haunted Hallway. This year, we want it to be a surprise. Volunteers will be standing on each end of the 7th/8th grade hallway, just making sure everything is going okay. It will be A LOT of fun to watch!
