Dear Parents and guardians,
Northbridge high school will be hosting their parent/teacher conferences this year on December 4th from 11-2pm and again on December 5th from 6-8pm. Similar to the past few years, we are using an online platform through PTCFast.com as a simple and fast way to make these appointments. You will first need to know your child’s teachers before you start this process and you can retrieve teacher names using your child's iPASS account. In order to sign up for conferences, please see the instructions below:
Please enter the following web address into your browser window:

If you do not have internet access , contact your child’s teacher directly for an appointment via phone at 508-234-6221 or send in a note to the teacher with your child.
A big congratulations to senior Adam Briand for being selected as a State Finalist in the Wendy's Heisman Scholarship Program and won a $500 scholarship! This award recognizes outstanding achievement in academics, athletics, and community service. Great work Adam!
Our football team will be traveling to Westfield State University this Saturday to play Amherst high school in the Division 5 sate semi final game. Game starts at 11 am and we hope you can come out to support the team!
DECA students in Washington DC
DECA- Michael Wilkes
On Thursday, 9 DECA students and Mrs. Palmer-Howes left for Washington DC to the Ultimate DECA Power Trip . The trip was action packed with great lessons in both history and DECA. Upon arrival on Thursday, the students walked around DC and were outside the White House and went to a delicious dinner at Shake Shack.
The Next day we went to the Capitol Building and met Congressman McGovern who’s staff brought us around the entire Capitol and even into the House while in session. After that, we headed over to the Bureau of Engraving and got to see how our money was made. Then we spent the rest of the afternoon in the Holocaust museum. Later that evening we went to our First DECA workshop.
On Saturday attended an all day workshop on Innovation & Entrepreneurship and then took a DECA After Dark bus tour. We went to the White House, Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, Arlington cemetery, Vietnam, WW2 and Battle of Iwo Jima memorials and many other cool stops. While at the Vietnam Wall, we were shown the only person on that wall from Northbridge, Joseph E Fitzgerlad.
It was truly a great experienced drenched in history, DECA, and new friendships!
Culture Fair Presentations
Culture Fair- Elena Batcheldor
Additionally, students dressed in authentic attire, shared regional cuisine, learned and demonstrated local dances, and played music to bring cultures from around the world to Northbridge High School. A representative from the Québec Delegation to New England handed out information about Québec and provided opportunities for students to learn more about the region. As diversity enriches our community in so many ways, we value all of the hard work students put forth to share different backgrounds and interests.
