Updates/Reminders
✏️ Virtual driver’s ed starts on Monday. Leaders who signed up for the course should have received information from the NC Driving School last week. If your leader signed up and has not received information please reach out to NC Driving School.
✏️ October is College Awareness and Bully Prevention Month. We will have various events throughout the month of October.
✏️ The end of the first marking period is this Friday.

Upcoming Events
✏️ We will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month this week with a spirit week. Monday is Twin Day, Tuesday is One Word Day, Wednesday is Floral Day, Thursday is Anything But a Bookbag Day, and Friday is Diversity Day
✏️ We have the Math 1 and Math 3 NC Check-ins this Tuesday.
✏️ Select leaders who signed up will attend the Better Skills Better Jobs Fair on Thursday.
✏️ We will have fall break on October 7th and 8th. There will no Innovation or ECU courses during break.
✏️ We will have a PTSO meeting on October 9th at 5:30 at Innovation.

✏️ October 15, 2024 is the application deadline to be eligible to apply to the ECU Honors College (see Honors College website for more information).
✏️ There will be a College Fair at the Greenville Hilton in the Carolina Ballroom on October 15, 2024. The bus will leave IECHS at 9:15 and return by 11:00. You are able to drive to the Fair but you must have a permission slip to drive. You will need to return permission slips by October 4. To prepare for the College Fair register via StriveScan at StriveFair.com. When you visit the different college stations, colleges will scan your StriveScan barcode and share information with you
HERE is a list of colleges that will be at the College Fair.
Permission slips will be given out at "Putney Friday".
