Dear Parents/Carers,
We hope you had a fantastic half term break and returned to school feeling refreshed and ready for more exciting learning experiences.
One highlight of this week was having Forest Schools back in school which started with our Reception class. They hunted for mini-beasts, made dens and made feeders for birds! The session was not only incredibly enjoyable but also highly educational, fostering important life skills and an appreciation for the outdoors.
Next week we are looking forward to welcoming all parents and carers into school for Sports Day on Friday. KS2 will start in the morning, please arrive for 9.15am. KS1's sports day will start in the afternoon, please arrive for 1.20pm. The park and stride at the Carleton Pub is the preferred parking area, but please use the bays that face Lyon Road.
As always, we encourage open communication between school and home. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your partnership in nurturing your child's education and well-being.
Finally, we would like to say a huge thankyou for your very generous donations for the Summer Fayre Tombola.
Best regards,
Mr Ayre
