The Jog-A-Thon results are nearly ready, and we’ll reveal the big winners this Wednesday at school—and in next week’s Geminews! As of November 14th, we’ve raised an incredible $19,500, which means… a SCHOOL-WIDE DONUT PARTY on Wednesday! Jog-A-Thon is our biggest fundraiser of the year, supporting fantastic programs throughout our school like Typetastic and very soon the south playground swingset! This year, these funds will also support events like the Staff holiday luncheon and Teacher Appreciation Week. Every dollar makes a difference, so even if you missed the official deadline on the 15th to count toward awards, donations are still welcome!

Beginning Monday, August 26th, there will be one day a week that parents can sign up, in advance. Please include your child in the number of people you are signing up. • Parents must be on time for their child’s scheduled lunch time. • Parents must communicate with their child’s teacher that they will be coming to lunch on that day. • Parents must sign in at the front office and will be escorted to Center Court and supervised if they are not a registered volunteer. Registered volunteers do not need to be escorted or supervised during their lunch in Center Court. • Parents may only have lunch with their child. • We strongly suggest that younger siblings stay home as we will have limited seating available. • Please be mindful of time, your child will need to report back to the cafeteria before the end of their lunch period. Parents will sign out in the front office.
