Senior's last day will of school is Friday, May 24th.

Graduation practice will be Friday, May 31st at 9:00am in the high school gym.

Graduation will be held Friday, May 31st at 7:00pm in the high school gym.

Parents - Just a friendly reminder that you can still purchase a ticket to the All-Night Grad Party for your senior! Tickets are only $75! Your child has the chance to win up to $10,000 in prizes and make some lasting memories as the Class of 2024! Although it is something that is certainly not school sanctioned, the infamous Nerf Wars that kids engage in during the spring, can have an impact on school. I wanted to send reminders to parents so that something intended for innocent fun, doesn’t become a bigger issue. First of all, we want kids to remain safe and would appreciate parents helping with reminders. Specifically it’s not very safe to participate in this game and be in a moving vehicle while. The other reminder that I think is relevant is that replica weapons are considered weapons per school policy. That means they cannot be on school property and should not be in plain view inside a vehicle in our parking lot.

Our goal is to keep kids safe inside and outside of school. This is mostly innocent fun, but to ensure students are safe we make our local police department, and parents are aware.

All MacBooks need to be turned in at the end of every school year. Please make sure your child has their MacBook, Charging Cord & Block and Case ready to go for their turn in day. See turn in schedule below:

Macbook Collection Dates will be May 28th, 29th & 30th.

Spartan Online Macbook Collection Day is May 30th.

Senior Macbook Collection Day is May 23rd.

All hard drives will be wiped this summer, anything not saved in your OneDrive will be lost! Be sure to have all the documents you want to keep saved in your OneDrive.

• Make sure your device is fully charged
• Have all stickers, skins or covers of any kind taken off your device
• Have you school issued case (replacement will cost $49.00)
• Have your power brick (replacement will cost $39.00)
• Have your power cord (replacement will cost $19.00)
• Also, if your family has any other school issued device: laptop, power cable, hotspot, ipad, etc. please return them by May 30th unless you have made other arrangements with your child's teacher.

Seniors & Juniors; There are several significant scholarships still available to apply for and a few more coming. Senior Evening of Excellence will be held Wednesday, May 22nd @ 7pm in the Auditorium

5th grade transition days are next week, on May 13th and May 14th, for incoming 5th graders in the district to get a tour and eat lunch with the middle schoolers.

Emails have been sent to the parents of middle school students that are required to complete summer school as well as warning letters.

• If you have Medication in the Nurses Office – Medications/Inhalers/Epi Pens/diabetic supplies / over the counter medication need to be picked up and signed for by a parent by 4pm Thursday May 30th, 2024. Any medication left in the Nurses office will be disposed of.
• Any medications expiring during the month of May 2024 will be disposed of.

• Students need to have immunizations up to date. Please check skyward to see if your student is missing any immunizations.
• Incoming 7th graders will need meningococcal and Tdap vaccines.
• Incoming 12th Grade need second dose of Meningococcal.
• If you have a student with a Health Concern, their Care Plan needs to be updated every year.
• If your student needs to take Prescribed medications at school, they need to have a new prescription from the DR to administer at school every year. ALL Prescribed medications need to be kept in the nurse’s office. If they carry an EPI or Inhaler they also need the prescription to carry it at school.
• If you student takes over the counter medication. They need a new form filled out every year. They also need to bring in a bottle of the over-the-counter medication. If your student is in 6-8th grade all over-the-counter medication needs to be kept in the Health Office.

On Friday, May 17th the ROCORI FFA Chapter will be holding our 'Drive Your Tractor to Schoo Day' in celebration of FFA. If you plan on driving your tractor to school on this day, fill out the permission form located near the main office. The permission form must be filled out and returned to Mrs. Berger by 3:00PM on Wednesday, May 15th. No lawn tractors, four wheelers, or non-farm equipment will be allowed.

A list of high school yearbooks sold is posted on the front office window. Make sure one is reserved for you! High School Yearbooks will be distributed Friday, May 24th. While supplies lasts. PURCHASE HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK HERE

A list of middle school yearbooks sold is posted by the Middle School Bulletin Boards. Make sure one is reserved for you! Yearbooks can be purchased online thru Sunday night (5/19/24).
