Welcome back, families! Our building is becoming busy again as we prepare for your students to return in a few short weeks. We can't wait to hear all the summer stories!

I have included a few informational pieces to help plan for back to school events and our entire 2024-2025 school year. We are in the office daily now until school starts, so feel free to call with any questions.

Our building has had several updates since last May, including work on the roof and several new interior doors. A huge thank you to Dawn Rasco and Stanley Jackson for their work this summer in having our building ready to go for August 19th!

We look forward to welcoming parents in as volunteers again this year. For general volunteer information, visit this page on the district website. Step #1 is to get a background check, so don't delay! If you have completed a background check for the district in the past, we should still have your information on file. Our office can check if you're not sure.

Several reached out over the summer about PRIDE Store donations, THANK YOU! We welcome any un- or gently used items such as: games, toys, Savannah/ Helena attire, decorations, school supplies, costume jewelry, craft & pet supplies, etc. These may be dropped off at the school any time! Online Registration is now available for the 2024-25 School Year. If you have not registered your child(ren) yet, please log in to TeacherEase and register as soon as possible. If you are having any trouble, please call the school or email Mrs. Raines. Computers are available at the school if needed.

Bus registrations were due July 31st. If you still need to register your child for the bus, click HERE for bus registration form. Be aware that students may not be able to ride the bus the first week of school if they were not registered before August 1 and have other arrangements prepared.

Visit the Inspirations Academy website for more information and to sign your child up for after school care. Transportation is provided from Helena to Minnie Cline if you are signed up for this program.

Click HERE for Helena's school supply list. We have had generous donations of school supplies, so let us know if we can help you mark some items off the list!

Students may drop off supplies and meet their teachers on August 13 from 5:30-7:00.

The 2024-2025 school year will begin Monday, August 19, 2024! Our doors will open at 7:15 and students must be in their classrooms by 7:40.

We ask that all parents give hugs and take photos outside the building. This will help in making our first morning go smoothly! We will continue to ask that parents utilize the drop off line in the mornings instead of walking their students inside. Please turn into the parking lot from V Hwy and go South to drop off your child in the morning. We will make this quick to keep traffic from getting backed up on the highway!

In the afternoon, we reverse the direction of the pick up line (again to keep traffic from getting backed up on the highway). Vehicles may line up at the Webster Park sign while waiting to enter the school drive. Please display pick up numbers to help our line move quickly. Once buses have loaded and left the drive, the line may enter the drive, pick up their child(ren), and exit onto the highway.
