Family Newsletter

Hello Huntley families,

We look forward to seeing everyone at our Meet and Greet on Wednesday, August 28th from 4-5:30pm. Fox Valley Food Trucks will be parked on the playground and serving up delicious salty and savory options for dinner or treats. In addition, our community partners will be on location to answer any questions, including Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts, and the YMCA.

Class lists are released on Tuesday, August 27th on Infinite Campus. As a reminder, our staff work very hard to consider multiple components and place students in classrooms where they will excel, both academically and socially. At this time, class placement requests cannot be accommodated.

School Picture Day this year will be on Wednesday, 9/18 from 8:30-12:30pm. PTO is looking for a handful of volunteers to assist with helping students line up and escort classes to the cameras. Please click on this link to sign up if you are available to help. Thank you for considering.

Immunizations

If you have not do so already, please be sure to schedule your student’s well child visit and make sure they are up to date on vaccines. The Wisconsin Immunization Law requires that all students through grade 12 meet a minimum number of required immunizations prior to school attendance. The District will continue to work with First Agency, Inc. to provide parents/guardians with an opportunity to purchase Student Accident Insurance for the 2024-2025 school year. I've attached the brochure outlining the coverage benefits and rates for your information.

First Agency's 2024-2025 brochure/enrollment form will be available on-line AFTER July 1, 2024, at www.1stAgency.com. Parents/guardians can print the PDF (link below) and enroll through the mail with a check/money order OR enroll online with a credit card.
