2024/2025 Student Start Up
- Online payments can be made at https://wa-snohomish.intouchreceipting.com/ beginning August 14 (through August 30).
- Tuesday, August 20 - Start-Up - Freshmen and Sophomores and open session
- 11-12:30 p.m. - Freshmen and Sophomores(students born January-June)
- 12:30 - 2 p.m. - Freshmen and Sophomores (students born July-December)
- 2-3 p.m. - Open session for all students
- Students are permitted to attend the same day/time with siblings.
- Wednesday, August 21 - Start-Up - Juniors and Seniors, and open session
- 11-12:30 p.m. - Juniors and Seniors (students born January-June)
- 12:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Juniors and seniors (students born July-December)
- 2-3 p.m.- Open session for all students

Student Bus Riders
Student bus riders and their families are asked to please keep their bus cards over the summer break. Cards will not be collected by drivers. Please do not toss or misplace these cards as they will need to be reused by student riders during the 2024-2025 school year.
Lost and Found
As we wind down the school year please have your student check the lost and found table for any items they may have lost. If a student has lost an electronic item; AirPod case, AirPod,'s, or other headphones, keys, or jewelry these will be in the main office to claim. All unclaimed items will be donated after the last day of school.
Summer school office hours and information
High school, middle school, and elementary school offices will be closed to the public after Wednesday, June 26, and will reopen on Monday, August 12. Click here for more information about summer office availability at the district and school level. Click here for more information.
Food service account balances
Any balances remaining on your child’s food service account from the previous school year will move forward to the new school year. If your child is graduating, funds are automatically transferred to a younger sibling's account. If your child is graduating and there are no younger siblings, or if your child is no longer a district student, a refund of any remaining account balance can be requested by contacting Food Service at kim.horton@sno.wednet.edu or 360-563-7357. Please include your child's name, school, student ID number and address.

Need a copy of your transcript?
High school offices will be closed to the public after Wednesday, June 26, and will reopen on Monday, August 12. During the summer office closure, Glacier Peak High School and Snohomish High School graduates and alumni needing a copy of their official high school transcript, please visit Parchment.com. GP Band Booster Summer Camp
Register your band student for the 2024-2025 Grizzly Band! Grizzly Band Registration is online. Click HERE to register!
- Percussion students who wish to participate in Grizzly Band’s Drumline are encouraged to attend Drumline Camp. For the 2024-2025 school year it will be July 29 - August 2. The fee for this camp is $85. Students who attend both Drumline Camp and register for Grizzly Band will receive $15 off their Grizzly Band registration by using the coupon code DRUMLINE.

- Grizzly Band Fee registration and payment is due June 20, even if your student is unable to attend band camp. This early registration helps our Band Boosters prepare uniforms, volunteers, etc. prior to the start of the school year. And, most importantly, puts you and your band student on the distribution list for GP Band happenings over the summer.

Summer meals and literacy
All area children aged 18 and younger are invited to join the Snohomish School District for its Kids' Café summer breakfast and lunch program. The program is free, and there is no pre-registration or sign-up. Any area child is encouraged to participate and enjoy a healthy breakfast and/or lunch. Kids' Café will be held Mondays through Fridays and runs from Thursday, June 20, through Friday, August 30.
Just keep reading! Our elementary school libraries will be open every Wednesday (July 3 through August 21) from 9-11 a.m. Keep a lookout for the Book Café in a neighborhood near you! The Book Café will deliver free books for students to read throughout the summer. Watch for the Book Café vehicle on Tuesdays and Thursdays (July 9 - August 15).

Helpful attendance reminders
To maintain accurate attendance records we would like to provide these helpful reminders and tips for reporting an absence, a late arrival or request for an early dismissal. Choose from one of the four easy ways to report absences.
- Call the attendance line 360-563-7505
- Enter a request in Family Access/Skyward
- Email gph-attendance@sno.wednet.edu
- A written note signed by a parent/guardian or medical/dental provider.
- Please provide your student's first and last name, the date of the absence and a reason for the absence. Please spell the name if needed.
- An absence will be considered excused when we receive notification from a parent or legal guardian in the attendance office within 48 hours of the absence.
