Greetings Eureka Families!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and long weekend! I am so thankful to be a part of this amazing school community! It has been an absolute pleasure meeting all the students and spending time with them each day here at school!
December is going to be a busy and fun month here at Eureka! One of the most exciting events coming up is our Holiday Concert on December 12th! The students have been working hard and doing a fantastic job preparing for this special night! In addition to the Holiday Concert, we will be wrapping up our candle sale, having a “Fill the Shelves” drive, our Christmas Shoppe, and a Holiday Spirit Week! I have included more information on some of these events in the newsletter.
Thank you for your dedication and support, together we will make great progress with your child’s academics!

To help prevent the spread of illness and ensure a healthy learning environment, please remember to keep your child at home if they are feeling unwell. Please review the SJ Illness Chart for guidance on when students should stay home to rest and recover. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school community safe and healthy.

A Note from our Eureka PTO:
Our Fun Run Run-Raiser in October raised nearly $3000! A HUGE thank you to all who donated! Special thanks to Mr. Matulis for organizing our fun obstacle course and thanks to our parent volunteers as well. By using SchoolFundr, we are able to keep 97% of what we raised, compared to other fundraising platforms that keep 20%. All of the money raised from the Fun Run will go toward an additional field trip for all Eureka students. Congratulations, Eureka Rockets!
