Maryland Association of Student Councils
MASC Monthly Bulletin. Please complete the MASC Monthly Bulletin Form. This will ensure advisors are receiving updates from MASC.
MASC Membership. MASC membership dues opened on Friday, August 1, 2024. In order for delegates to participate in MASC sponsored events and have voting rights, schools must complete and submit the MASC membership form. Learn more how to complete the MASC Membership form.
MASC Convention
Event Date: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 - Thursday, March 13, 2025
Convention Location: Roland E. Powell Convention Center- Ocean City Maryland
Convention Registration Opens: Monday, December 1, 2024
Convention Registration Closes: Friday, February 7, 2025
Hotel Registration Opens: Monday, December 1, 2024 (School-based delegations should be ready to register by December 1, 2024.)
Hotel Registration Closes: Balance due on Friday, February 7, 2025

Handout: MSASC Convention Handout (Please select Doubletree by Hilton, Ocean City Oceanfront. The goal is for all school delegations to stay in the same hotel to facilitate coordination and ensure everyone is together during the event.)
Membership: A MASC Member Schools Only Event
Transportation Form: Please complete the form before registering for the MASC event to secure transportation. Please specify the number of delegates and advisor(s) attending the conference. Reservation for buses is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are two buses. Once SMASC reaches its capacity, transportation will be closed.

MASC Winter Conference
Event Date: Saturday, January 25, 2025
Location: Walter Johnson High School, Montgomery County
On-site Check-in: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Event: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Registration Opens: Monday, December 16, 2024
Registration closes: Wednesday, January 16, 2025
Cost: $30 for students and advisors ($25 for approved, selected presenters)

MASC Committee Opportunities. The committees provide a fantastic opportunity for SMASC members to engage with issues they care about or wish to explore further. They also offer a chance to get involved at the state level. We encourage you to learn more about the available committees.
St. Mary's Association of Student Councils
SMASC General Assembly Meeting. The SMASC General Assembly meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 19, 2024. Learn more about this upcoming opportunity.
SMASC Elected-Officers for SY 2025-2026. SMAC is accepting applications for elected-officer positions. The deadline to nominate a candidate is Friday, January 10, 2025.
