World Kindness Day
World Kindness Day is an opportunity for our school community to come together and celebrate the power of kindness. Whether it's lending a helping hand, writing a kind note, or simply being there for someone in need, even the smallest acts can make a huge difference. Research shows that practicing kindness improves our mental health, reduces stress, and strengthens relationships. Let’s use this day as a reminder to be kind not just on November 13th, but every day. As school counselors, we encourage students to spread kindness, empathy, and positivity throughout the school. Together, we can create a culture of kindness!
