A REMINDER ABOUT DROPPING OFF ITEMS FOR STUDENTS
In order to minimize disruptions to the learning environment we wanted to remind families that we do not call the classrooms to notify students when families drop off forgotten items for their students. Students may stop by the office during a passing perior or other break time to check to see if an item has been dropped off. Also, it is often helpful to develop an evening and morning routine where your student is making sure all required items for the school day are packed and ready to go.
A reminder the window to register and pay for 6th Grade Camp is now open.
In order to effectively plan we need to get the registration and camp payment processed for each student as early as possible. We are asking that this registration form be completed no later than October 20.
***Even if your student will not attend camp, it would be extremely helpful if you could complete/submit this form. Our 6th graders are scheduled to attend camp the week after Spring Break, April 8 - 12, 2024.
Payments of cash, check or credit card (via PayPal on the Foundation’s site) may be submitted now through February 1, 2024. Payment plans are available and are outlined in the Google form (please see pdf below) and on the Pershing Foundation Website. ***Even if you are not sure how you intend to pay yet, please complete this form so we can get an accurate headcount of expected students.
