Counseling Department
IGP Information:
The counseling team is excited to begin meeting with underclassmen students to complete this year’s IGP and course selection process. We will begin with contacting our junior class members and families, moving onto our sophomores, and then finishing with our current freshmen!
Please remember that each counselor has varying grade level caseloads as well as other responsibilities on campus. Each counselor will be contacting students and families when they are ready for them to begin the process. Students will be asked to collaborate with their families to complete a google form selecting courses to help guide the IGP and course selection process. Once that form is complete, the counselor will be in touch with the student and/or family to schedule a meeting! Families are invited to participate in the IGP process via google meet, telephone or in person!
We are excited to partner with students and families during this process. Please check your email for the next steps in the upcoming months!

Graduation Ordering Information
Parents of SENIORS who plan to walk in the June Graduation Ceremony see below! (January Grads who will be walking in the January ceremony received an email on Monday 11/4 with different instructions for ordering)
Your student should have attended a meeting with the Jostens rep on Wednesday, November 6th and received the ordering packet and information. If they did not, they can pick up an ordering packet in the main office.
If you missed Order Day on Wednesday 11/13 you may still order at www.lowcountrygrad.com any time BEFORE December 16th. The group ordering window closed on Dec 16th and prices began to go up at that time.
THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO PURCHASE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CF GRADUATION CERMONY IS THE CAP-GOWN-TASSEL-UNIT (if ordering online you will need to scroll down quite a ways to find this) for $59.00 (plus S+H and tax). This will get you your cap, gown, CF stole, tassel and diploma cover. If you do not plan to walk in graduation this spring, you do not need to purchase anything.
Students are encouraged to pay in full at order time if possible, however, if you are only purchasing the Cap and Gown Tassel unit you do not need to put any money down when you order on Wednesday 11/13 in person (online orders must be paid in full at time of order). This will lock in the $59.00 price but give you time to make payments between now and the spring!
If you plan to walk in graduation, PLEASE place your cap and gown unit order on Wednesday to lock in your price! They will be well over $100 if you wait until graduation to order.
If you are ordering any specialty items, in addition to the cap and gown unit on Wednesday you will need to place a minimum of a $100.00 deposit. The balance will be billed to you, and you may make payments through the website until the spring.
If you have any questions, please contact Jostens directly at (843)884-4311 or carroll.office@jostens.com
