The UREC Report
January
It's Okay to Not Know!
As part of our You Belong campaign, we want to directly share the ways we are working to help folks feel more connected and cared for. On our You Belong Website, UREC members will find highlights of our current efforts to ensure our communities' belonging.
In recognizing areas for growth and to continue improving, we have also included a form where UREC members can provide us feedback on ways we could be more inclusive. We welcome all feedback that will support this campaign.

Strength Floor Update: New Racks!
We are very excited about the instillation of four new racks on the strength floor! We intentionally reconfigured this space to provide a more inclusive experience that allows for more people to be moving at one time.
These racks support squats, bench press, shoulder press, pull ups, deadlifts, lunges and a host of other movements.
Here are a few reminders on how to utilize this space:
- When utilizing the racks, keep your workout to 30 minutes.
- Store all items in lockers. No items may be stored on the floor.
- Control the weight to the ground.
- Re-rack your weights.
Interested in knowing more info on how to use these racks? Consider taking our PT Workshop: Learn to Lift II on 2/9.
