PACK Guardians,

We have had a great week at Hubbard filled with 6th grade social, Open House, science labs, small group instruction, and so much more. Below are some reminders for everyone and there are lots of great pictures afterwards!

Free and Reduced Lunch - We have paper applications in the front office for those needing free/reduced lunch. Please let us know how we can help you! If you would rather, you can go online, click "create an account", and fill it out. You will need your students' ID numbers.

CLUBS! - Clubs are starting up and more are being formed. Word is that some Husky girls are starting a flag football team and are working on getting a sponsor. Check out the picture further down for more information about our clubs.

Traffic Laws - Just a quick reminder to please obey all traffic laws on and around campus. Stay off your phones and make sure you are on the lookout for Husky walkers!

Tutorials - A tutorials schedule has been created and will stay on this newsletter towards the bottom as a "button" that you can always access. It will also be printed poster size and placed all over campus as well as being located on our website.

Hubbard Text messages - Text "Start" to 98900 if you are not receiving Hubbard campus texts.

Leaving Early - If you are picking your child up early from school please do so by 3:15 p.m. We do not allow students to be checked out after 3:15 p.m. since this could hamper our dismissal procedures and ability to retrieve multiple students before the bell. The front office is closed between 3:15 and 3:45 p.m.

PACK Pantry (aka Hubbard Care Closet)

Thank you Pollard United Methodist, Shiloh Church of Christ, Tyler Sunrise Rotary and our amazing Pack Families for supporting our Hubbard Care Closet! The 'Closet' aka 'Pack Pantry' supports our Huskies that may be in need of assistance with food, clothing or hygiene products. Monday begins 'Start with Hello' week! We are excited to join up and intentionally focus on our PACK CULTURE of togetherness! Feel free to dress up with us, have fun with the daily challenges and make new friends!

Theater Ice Cream Social

Are you interested in performing in plays for the award winning theatre department? Do you like making sets or working with lights & sound? Or do you want to hang out with the best theatre teacher ever? If you answered yes to any of these. Please join Ms. Hawkins on September 17th, immediately after school, for the theatre Ice Cream Social so you can learn about all the cool things happening in theatre this year.
