Hello NOHS Families,
Updates and pictures included below...
- Student fundraises and sales, Eagles Nest Theatre great work this past weekend, and NOHS Polaris registration info
- Staff Recognition form for parents and students - Mr. Hagen recognized last week!
- Sophomore Polaris Field Trip Friday November 15th
- Current Junior and Senior Polaris students will NOT attend Polaris on Monday, November 18th. Polaris students are required to attend their classes at NOHS on these days.

Student drivers, please enter and exit through Burns Rd. or Revere to alleviate traffic issues before and after school. Also, make sure to go to the link below to purchase your parking permit. ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PARKING PERMIT AND MUST PARK IN THE STUDENT PARKING LOT.

The senior center last week held its annual International Food Cook Off at the Springvale Ballroom.

Dear Parent/Guardian:
Polaris Career Center offers North Olmsted High School students a unique opportunity to enhance their educational success. Whether your student is considering college, specialized training, or immediately entering the workforce, a career-technical education at Polaris is a beneficial curriculum option.
Polaris Career Center offers career training in 19 occupational fields, all of which offer students the opportunity to earn college credit. Students are provided with real-world experiences to develop skills that will prepare them for college and careers.
Parents and students are invited to the High School Registration Night on Tuesday, November 19, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. This will provide an opportunity for parents to visit the career center and individual programs.
We are proud to have Polaris as our educational partner. If your student is interested in combining academics with a career-technical program, we recommend exploring the educational options at Polaris Career Center.
Calamity Days
When North Olmsted has a calamity day all transportation for the district is canceled, therefore there will not be a bus to or from Polaris if they are still in session. Students will be excused from Polaris for the day if they are not able to get their own transportation to and from Polaris.
Polaris days off schedule for the rest of the year.
