The 7:00 AM early open at Wilkinson was implemented to accommodate the 1,000 students that were enrolled over the last couple of school years. Wilkinson has been re-zoned and there will be a drop in enrollment. Therefore, next year the campus will return to the standard Conroe ISD 7:30 AM opening.

We will send this information out multiple times and are announcing this now so that you can begin to make arrangements for next year. Keep in mind, bus service is a great way to get your child to school.

New Student Registration Available This Summer

Help spread the word that Conroe ISD will be offering families the opportunity to register their new students for enrollment in the 2024-25 school year every Tuesday and Thursday in June at two locations. Registration will be held at Milam Elementary and the Jett Center from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following dates:

• June 4 & 6
• June 11 & 13
• June 18 & 20
• June 25 & 27

Wilkinson Staff LOVES volunteers. We have so many wonderful people willing to volunteer on our campus and we are so grateful! If you are planning to volunteer at any point you MUST complete the volunteer background check. It can be found at https://apps.conroeisd.net/volunteer/.

When you get to the School Selection portion, please select Wilkinson Elementary (and any other school you may wish to volunteer at this school year) then click the green "Add" button to add to the school list. If you do not see Wilkinson Elementary listed as one of your selected schools, please go back and try again. Unfortunately, we cannot see that you have completed the application if Wilkinson is not selected. You will receive an email confirmation typically within 24-48 hours.

If you arrive for a volunteer opportunity and have not completed the background check, you will not be permitted to stay for the activity. Please pass this information along to any grandparents, aunts, uncles or family friends who may wish to come help out. The background check applies to anyone who will be working with our Lions.

This is a yearly application so even if you completed this form at the end of last school year, it does not renew automatically. You must complete it again for the 23-24 year.

If you're looking for a way to say thank you to your child's teacher, I encourage you to access your Parent Access Account (PAC) to write a Teacher's Achieving Excellence (TAE). If you don't have a PAC account yet, you will want one. You can monitor your child's grades, attendance, and so much more. You can use this link to create an account:
