Wellness is a multifaceted concept. This guide offers a broad yet specific understanding, encouraging you to view wellness as being healthy across various dimensions of life—emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, and spiritual. These dimensions are interconnected, each influencing the others.
We acknowledge the diversity of our multicultural world, recognizing that wellness may include areas beyond this brief overview. For instance, trauma is a universal experience, and our cultural and spiritual beliefs shape our perceptions and actions.
