Great Things Are Happening
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Kellond every day. Time is flying and there are only two more weeks of the third quarter. We are still at a 93% attendance rate, with the goal of 95%. It is incredibly important that when able, students come to school everyday and on time. We have about 16 more days until the state test to keep our A rating.

State Test Dates: Keeping the A rating
With Spring Break right around the corner, we are starting to plan for the big state test. It is very important that our students try their best on this test and show off everything they have learned. As you may know, their performance determines our state letter grade. Please find the balance of talking to your student about their performance while easing any test anxiety they might have. As always, make sure they go to bed on time, get a good night's sleep, eat breakfast that morning, and come to school on time.

Good Luck Cards (3rd - 5th Grade)
To give our students a little boost on the state test and let them know we are thinking of them, we are making good luck cards. Students will receive them on the first day of the ELA test, 4/9. We are encouraging parents/guardians to write a personalized message to your student to include on the card. We will have them in the front office if you would like to hand write the message yourself. Or, click here and fill out the form and we will write the message for you.
