The current board members of Woodside Home & School having been serving the Woodside Students, Families and Staff for many years, some as long as 5 years. As our kids graduate and are off to SSI in upcoming years, we are no longer allowed to remain on the Woodside Home & School. We need new parents to join the board and learn the ropes. Without new members joining our Home & School Board, events like those listed below disappear.

If you are interested, have questions, want to know more or aren't really sure, we are here to answer questions. Rest assured new board members will not be left to figure it out alone. We will gladly show you the ropes if you are interested in a position.

At our March 11 public meeting voting will be held for the 2024-2025 school year Woodside Home & School board members.

Many of you know it as PTA - Parent Teacher Association. We are responsible for organizing many activities and funding many projects and initiatives at the school. We represent the entire student body, all Woodside parents and the staff of Woodside. We are comprised of parent and staff volunteers who participate at varying levels on different things throughout the school year.

Currently we coordinate such events as:

• Trunk or Treat
• Nights Out (Culver's)
• Family Sporting Events: Bucks, Admirals, Milkmen
• Book Fair
• Family Movie Night
• Scrips Gift Cards
• Spring Fling Dance
• STEM/STEAM Event

Woodside Home & School is a parent/teacher group which helps fund raise and coordinate exciting events for the families of Woodside Elementary School part of Hamilton School District located in Sussex, Wisconsin.

Through great partnerships between parents and staff, Woodside Home and School enhances the children’s learning environment by providing support to staff, students and the entire school program; organizing events, enabling communication throughout the school community, and providing financial support.
