Family Activity Day May 6th

District 203 Early Childhood staff will be hosting a Family Day Out for our preschool students and families. Everyone is invited to join us for a fun morning of activities while connecting with your neighborhood friends and those you will see in elementary school. This is a great opportunity to help foster relationships over the summer and beyond.

What: Family Activity Day
Who: Preschool students and their families
Where: See location assignments below, based on your child's elementary school
When: May 6, 2024 (non-attendance day for all Early Childhood students)
Time: 9:00 - 10:30 A.M.

Free Birth to Three Program Information

Are you interested in learning more about the Free Birth to Three program offered through Ann Reid Early Childhood Center? Early Connections is a grant-funded program that focuses on promoting optimal early development, learning, and health for children from birth to three years old. Don’t miss out on an opportunity for FREE PRESCHOOL!

Your child may qualify for FREE preschool at Ann Reid Early Childhood Center through the state-funded Preschool For All grant.

Ann Reid Home & School Updates

Please consider signing up to help us with our Duckling Dash happening at ARECC on May 16th!

May has a number of appreciation days, giving us an opportunity to recognize the many contributions a variety of individuals and teams make to our school and our students. The week of, 5/6-4/10, is Teacher Appreciation Week and School Nurse Appreciation Week. Please look for a teacher recognition activity in your child’s backpack to complete at home and return to their teacher on May 7th.

Home & School would like to ask for your help in providing a bagel and fruit bar for our amazing teachers and nurses. Please feel free to signup to donate a needed item for an appreciation breakfast Friday, May 10th.
