Term 4 Week 4 - Thursday 31 October 2024
All Saints Day Prayer
Dear Father,
You have given the saints in heaven eternal happiness and they now live in the fullness of your glory.
Because of their holy love for you, they also care about us, our family, our friends, our church, and our neighbours.
Thank you for the gift of their friendship and the witness of their holy lives.
We ask our patron saints and every saint who has become especially dear to us to intercede for us.
We ask them to help us journey safely on the narrow path that leads to heaven.
O Lord, give us their protection.
Grant us their assistance in overcoming temptation and gaining the fullness of life with you.
Amen.

ICAS and AMC
During Term 3, some students from Years 3 – 6 took up the challenge and participated in the ICAS Assessments.
ICAS is an International Assessment that is delivered in 41 countries to approximately 10 million students. This International competition is an opportunity for students to explore their strengths and passions in Spelling, English, Writing, Mathematics and Science, and pit their academic talent against students of the same age.
Also, in Term 3 students had the opportunity to take part in the Australian Maths Competition (AMC). First run in 1978, the Australian Mathematics Competition is Australia’s longest running, largest and most well-known maths competition for school students.
Congratulations to all the students who took up the challenge of ICAS and/or AMC.
We would like to acknowledge the students who received the following certificates:
