Opening Kickoff of the VASD Athletics and Activities Newsletter
Message from the Athletic Department
Hello!
First off, thank you for taking time to click on this first of many VAHS Athletics and Activities Newsletter. I understand how busy life can get so you taking time to take a glance is this is meaningful to me and the students I support!
I am going into month four of being the VASD Athletics and Activities Director, and still wake up very thankful everyday for this opportunity. One of my major points in the application and interview process is the pride I take in being a Wildcat. As a K-12 graduate of Verona Area School District, and the only place I have held a full time job, this district and the community means a lot to me. As I continue on my path, please know I hope to continue keep VASD at the forefront of Athletics and Activities!
One of the initiatives I wanted to start was making sure we are celebrating our successes, but also communicating it with the community we represent. From that, came this newsletter! We are planning on having a monthly newsletter that will highlight different aspects of our department, while also celebrating successes that have happened over the last month. Since we do not want to force anyone to get emails with our newsletter, please consider clicking "Subscribe" at the bottom to make sure you get each new addition!
Thank you for your continued support of VASD Athletics and Activities, and hope to see you on campus soon!
