Weekly Update
Friday, May 2nd
Happy May! It is hard to believe we are in May and in the final countdown to the year!
A big thank you to everyone who attended our Literacy Night. It was a huge success! As a reminder we will be having a summer reading challenge. Students that turn in their BINGO card at the beginning of the year will receive a prize! BINGO cards will be sent home next week.
Move to School Day - May 9th - See the flyers below for locations on the trails to stop by for Move to School Day! Students are encouraged to walk or bike to school on May 9th. For students that ride the bus, they will have the opportunity to run some laps to get some movement in before school!
As the weather gets nicer we are seeing more dogs during pick up and drop off. As a friendly reminder, dogs are not allowed on school property. We love our furry friends, but for the safety of our students and other dogs please leave your pups at home.
As a reminder cell phones and smart watches are not allowed at school. If a student has their cell phone out or is wearing a smartwatch, they will be taken to the office and a parent will need to pick them up.
Our Lost and Found is very full! We will have the lost and found outside next week during dismal and drop off. Please check to see if anything belongs to your family! We will be donating everything that is left on the last day of school.
Upcoming Dates:
5/5 - 5/9 Teacher Appreciation week (see message below)
5/16 Field Day
5/23 Last Day of School
