Dear Ebeling Families,
As we wrap up the first two weeks of the school year, we wanted to take a moment to share how things have been going in our school community.
We are thrilled to report that our students are adjusting wonderfully to their new routines. Their excitement and enthusiasm are truly contagious, and it has been a pleasure getting to know each of them. School wide, we have been focusing on building strong classroom communities and establishing the routines that will help them have a successful year.
Arrival and Dismissal: The arrival and dismissal processes have been smooth, thanks to your cooperation and punctuality. If you have any questions or concerns about these routines, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our goal is to ensure that these transitions are as seamless as possible for your child.
Classroom Activities: In the past two weeks, teachers have been engaging in various activities designed to help students feel comfortable and excited about learning. They’ve been working various "All About Me" activities, team building, and slowly starting instruction, and it’s wonderful to see the students’ curiosity and enthusiasm.
Looking Ahead: We are looking forward to seeing you at Open House on September 11th from 7-8 pm. You will go directly to your child's classroom where they will share a video from our superintendent of schools. This session will last about 25 minutes, and we will transition to our second session of the evening. If you only have 1 child at Ebeling, your evening ends at that time. If you have more than one child, you can head to your second session.
We are also excited for our PTA sponsored Welcome Back Luau on September 12th from 5:30 pm-8:00 pm. It will be a great evening full of fun for all of our Ebeling Eagles. Remember students must come with an adult to be able to participate in the evening's events.
