4th Grade Ecosystem Adventures
Our students had a wild and educational day exploring the wonders of nature at the "They Eat What?!" program by the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center. Sponsored by the Brookwood Elementary PTA, this program introduced students to the interconnectedness of ecosystems and the importance of producers, consumers, and decomposers.
Students were captivated as they learned about animal adaptations and the flow of energy through ecosystems. The highlight of the day was the opportunity to see and touch live animals, including a snake and tortoise. This hands-on experience brought the concepts to life and created lasting memories for our students.
Thank you PTA for supporting student learning and bringing this amazing cultural experience to our school!
