NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES FOR QUARTER 2 LUNCH:

• Restaurant and lunch choice updates

• Total lunch charge will be posted on the student's Gradelink account.

• Payments are to be made on Gradelink ONLY

• Lunch payments can be made on Gradelink any time after the order is placed

• ZELLE, VENMO, CHECK, AND/OR CASH ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED

Lunch orders for Q2 will close at midnight on Sunday, October 13, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Upper School students should bring their own water bottle to school every day.

The first time a student forgets their water bottle, they will receive a disposable plastic cup labeled with their name.

For any additional instances, the student will be provided a water bottle from the snack cart, and a $1.00 charge will be applied to their Gradelink account.

Tuition payments will be posted on the Parent Gradelink Portal on the 15th of each month.

October invoices are posted. Please pay your invoice.

PLEASE NOTE:

• You must log in to view the invoice and make payments.
• Automatic payments can be set up through the portal.
• The invoice balance will not change to $0 until the payment has been approved/posted, & this may take up to a week.

If your child purchases form the snack cart, please send them with bills no larger than $5.00, as we do not have change for larger bills. Please see the snack cart price list below.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS THROUGH ZELLE OR VENMO

PAYMENT REMINDER:

Casual Friday will be charged to your child's Gradelink account and can be paid on Gradelink. If you prefer to pay via check, please give the check to Ms. Gamache.

You may pay for casual Fridays in advance, just make a note of the Casual Friday dates you are paying for on the memo part of the check or on the notes section of Gradelink. Ms. Gamache will then update your account.
