Monday Notes

Happy Monday and a heartfelt thank you to our veterans for their service! This week marks the halfway point of the month, bringing us closer to the end of the semester and everything that remains to be done. Below are a few reminders and helpful links to guide you through these final weeks.

Due to the recent snowstorm in the northern part of the state, the deadline for uploading recordings has been extended to November 12th at 5:00 pm. Please keep in mind that the system will close at that time, and no additional recordings can be uploaded afterward. With the extended deadline, results will also be posted later than originally planned. We appreciate your patience as our adjudicators adjust to the revised schedule!

For those of you who have students participating in All-State, remember that you must secure music for them. Follow this link to access vendor information. Remember to do this as soon as possible!

Don't forget to order learning tracks for your choral students! Follow this link as soon as possible to purchase tracks!

I will be sending invoices for student participation fees around December 1st. Please ensure a purchase order is in place before this date and send a copy my way. Thank you!
