Plan on investing in your professional development in 2025 by attending continuing education opportunities provided by Alabama Extension, the Alabama Nursery and Landscape Association and the Alabama Turfgrass Association. There are many opportunities coming up during the winter training season!
The exam review classes by the AGITC for January are posted on the www.agitc.org website. If you need a license, check into signing-up for a class. The AGITC website has a current listing of posted classes along with reviews of my classes from previous attendees, so I encourage you to read through them to see what others are saying about the AGITC classes!
If you are planning on visiting the Gulf States Horticultural Expo, it would be a good time to get the exam review class for OTPS out of the way and even take the exam on that Friday! (Other ADAI Professional Services category exams also offered that day.) Sign up for ADAI exams by January 9th, 2025.
The ATA Road Show Series brought to you by the Alabama Turfgrass Association is coming to a location near you for a local points opportunity! Check for links in this newsletter in the Table of Contents to the left.
Check out the photos below from the AGITC working with students to help them understand our industry! Thank you to all the Ag and Career Tech faculty members working to expose the Green Industry to students!
