Wednesday: 7:30: photos

• Booster Club Meeting, Mr. Russell will be joining us to talk about trip expectations

Thursday: 8:00 (Sammi Hobbs is coming at 8:30 for a one hour HH session, we will go all the way to 9:30), if you need to come early, I will be in office at regular time.

Friday: Video

• 7:00 AM: Elite in black leggings, black mesh long sleeve top, low pony, full makeup for skill features (bring uniform)
• 8:30 AM: Full Team in Field Jacket uniform, hair down (bring black leggings, mesh long sleeve in case we decide to get a full shot of everyone in black)
• Video continues through Officer period for officers
• If you do not have any uniform pieces/costume pieces, you simply wont be in the video. We will not issue out extras from the closet for the shoot if you forget something.

As we enter the spring, things get very busy and can become an emotional time of year as we prepare for our final "lasts" with the seniors. It can become a lot to balance everything, if you come across concerns or issues that are causing you stress, please let us know so we can help! Keeping an open line of communication is imperative for a smooth end of the year! We are looking forward to a very special trip, Showcase, banquet, and prepping for next year! Let's make the last few months a positive experience!

Our Trip Itinerary for students is mostly complete! Of course, our contest times are unknown so there are still a few things that will continue to fill in. Thank you for your flexibility. It is important to note that traveling with a large group is much different than a small group/individual. The itinerary provided is for students/chaperones. There is an app for travelers, when it is ready, we will help everyone download it during rehearsal.

We frequently issue out misc items for performances. Please take good care of the items. Anything that is returned in poor condition will have to be financially replaced.

***For contest, each Tallenette is responsible for their Poms---keep them in your tub and do not put them anywhere else, do not set them down anywhere other than your tub. Keep them fluffed and do not squash them.

Please upload photos/videos--the Google Folder is restricted to AISD only so that the photos are not available to the general public, seniors will need to be the one who uploads from their AISD account. All photos needs to be individual, no group shots please. Upload ONE of each photo and 1-2 of videos (5-10 sec clips)

FIRM DUE DATE OF MARCH 6TH--if the videos aren't received by the FIRM due date of March 6th, they will not be included in the opening video. We will not provide additional reminders.

We are adding a section to our handbook that provides clarification on medical notes and trainer expectations. The new procedures were created to support our dancers. This addition will be reflected in the drill team handbook beginning Jan. 6th. Please see below.
