- El Mariachi de Glenview: Last weekend during the LULAC Mexican Independence Fiesta, forty eight Mariachi students performed well and did a great job representing Glenview, their families, and all the Mariachi who came before them. Their 2nd performance of the year is Tuesday, September 24 during the day at the John Deere World Headquarters. They are excited to perform and about the amazing lunch they will have!
- A few of the GMS top athletes from Cross Country ran the QC Marathon 5k and 10k! Abouzar Fahkri placed 2nd in his age division for the 5k and Zarah Fahkri placed 3rd in her age division for the 5k. Chloe Glaub and Kyler Elliott ran the 10k. An amazing time overall! Congratulations!
