Below, find a letter from the incredible coordinator of the PTO Auction Event from last weekend, Mandi Ericson.
Hey Inspire Community!
Can we talk about Saturday night? From the pink bathtub to the bling nail station, we transformed the venue into a real-life Barbie Dreamhouse! I'm still buzzing from all the fun we had. Seriously, you all showed up ready to support the Inspire community!
We sold more tickets this year than any previous year. Not to mention, our goal was to raise $62,000, but thanks to your amazing generosity, we blew past that and reached a whopping $115,440! Barbie herself would be proud of such an over-the-top achievement!
A huge shoutout goes to the Mitchell family for their fantastic support as our auctioneers. With their help, our first-ever live auction was a hit, raising over $45,000!
Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing committee. They put in hundreds of hours of hard work, and it truly paid off. I've never worked with a more passionate and enthusiastic group of women ready to make an impact. Thank you for everything!
Thank you to all the sponsors and businesses who made Saturday possible! To all the families who sponsored and donated auction items, thank you! Your donations are what enabled us to raise the money we did! Your support is making a real difference in our kids' education.
And let's not forget our incredible Inspire staff - the real superheroes! You shape young minds and make our school community a better place every single day. We loved watching you have fun, let loose and enjoy yourselves!
Now, about that open bar situation... The caterers had never seen so much enthusiasm for pink cocktails and fizzy drinks. Cheers to our spirited community for keeping the party going all night long!
Thank you to each and every one of you for making our Spring Fundraiser a night to remember. I'm so grateful to be part of this amazing community!
Check out the evening's photos on our Inspire Elementary Families Facebook page!
Cheers!
Mandi Ericson
